Customer Service Specialist with French - Order Management (new SSC)

Gdańsk

ZAKRES OBOWIĄZKÓW

· zapewnienie bardzo dobrej obsługi klienta biznesowego z branży FMCG, które związane jest z przetwarzaniem przychodzących zamówień w systemie SAP (od wpłynięcia zamówienia do systemu, poprzez monitorowanie statusu, aż do rozliczenia - typowy proces O2C)

· zarządzanie zamówieniami, przetwarzanie zwrotów, odpowiedzi na zapytania klientów - większość 60-70% to komunikacja mailowa, 30% to obsługa telefoniczna

· sprawdzanie klientów pod kątem kompletności dokumentów

· współpraca z działami: logistyki, produkcji, sprzedaży

POSZUKIWANE KOMPETENCJE

· Bardzo dobra znajomość języka francuskiego (C1) oraz angielskiego (B2)

· Doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku związanym z procesem obsługi klienta / zamówieniami minimum 3 lata

· Bardzo mile widziane doświadczenie w pracy na systemie SAP

· Umiejętności komunikacyjne, elastyczność, pro kliencka postawa
