Amer Sports is in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Junior Accountant / Accountant specializing in Invoice to Cash. The ideal candidate will play a vital role within the Collection Team, contributing significantly to the reduction of outstanding past due receivables in their designated portfolio. This will be achieved through meticulous examination, proactive research, and effective resolution of any issues encountered, fostering clear and productive communication with both internal and external stakeholders.


✅ What you will be doing:
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with customers and departments
  • Contacting customers regarding overdue accounts and determining reasons for non-payment
  • Account reconciliations
  • Reviewing open accounts for collection efforts
  • Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations
  • Identifying issues attributing to account delinquency and discussing them with the management
  • Negotiating the return of unpaid merchandise
  • Setting up payment plans for the customers
  • Coordinating customer credit changes with correct departments
  • Processing credit card payments over the phone and via an email
  • Responding to customers’ queries
  • Informing customers about credit lines being exceeded due to huge volume of orders – proposing solutions
  • Sending statements and copies of the invoices/credit memos
  • Creating and updating process descriptions



What you need to succeed:
  • Fluent English and German is a must
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Customer service experience
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Task and time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team as well as individually
  • SAP knowledge is an asset
