About us

For 13 years Inteca has gained experience in implementing projects for large companies in Poland, mainly in the finance, banking and service sectors. We provide consulting services in the area of implementation and integration of IT systems, enterprise architecture, business process automation, API Management and enterprise applications. Our custom development services are complemented by IT Architecture consulting. Working with clients, we focus on optimizing IT investment, their correlation with the business objectives of the enterprise, and planning and building effective business and IT Architecture.


We are a team of consultants and software engineers with extensive experience in implementing projects using Agile methodology. We support the software development process with our proprietary Model Driven Engineering approach – developed over the years of our work. Every day we solve complex problems in the name of our mission – delivering business value through the use of information technology.


We’re looking for a Head of Sales, who will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Business Development Managers to exceed sales targets and drive company growth.
  • Building, developing and motivating a subordinate sales team.
  • Scrutinize key performance indicators, analyze data, and make necessary adjustments to strategies.
  • Defining sales and marketing goals and strategy to drive recurring revenue from new and expansion customers.
  • Creating a predictable sales model that enables accurate forecasting.
  • Monitoring and analysis of the market and competition.
  • Achieving sales targets, actively participating in sales processes.
  • Implementing and maintaining long-term b2b relationships.


We’re looking for a person who has:

  • Proven track record in selling IT services and leading high-performing sales teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand technical concepts and explain them to audiences of varying technical expertise.
  • Previous experience in building, managing, and analyzing sales programs, including messaging, metrics, methodologies, and tools.
  • A mindset focused on goals, business, dependability, and a quick response to the needs of customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
