As a part of the Google Workspace team, you will help businesses in the enterprise and corporate segment run their organizations more effectively and drive innovation by delivering our cloud-based collaboration, productivity, and security tools.


In this role, you will develop an execution strategy for Google Workspace in the assigned market and work with the broader Sales team and partner ecosystem to prospect, qualify, develop, and close new Google Workspace opportunities. You will build a pipeline and work with the account teams to build out the customer solution and with stakeholders and IT decision makers across various functional teams and verticals.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop relationships and focus on expanding our business with our existing book of business and also drive opportunities to grow the book of business with our existing customers.
  • Work with the wider Google Account teams and partner ecosystem on a territory strategy to generate and develop business growth opportunities for Google Workspace to maximize business results in the territory, and develop opportunities with large enterprise customers.
  • Build significant thought leadership in the market around the Google Workspace platform, through external speaking events.
  • Work towards assigned business and pipeline goals while prioritizing excellent customer experience for customers.
  • Understand adoption issues and work with the broader Google ecosystem and partners to improve adoption metrics and customer satisfaction.


Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Candidates will typically have 10 years of experience in the sales, technology industry with Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) or Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS).
  • Candidates will typically have 4 years of experience in Google Workspace or similar Business apps and collaboration tools.
  • Experience in account management, promoting opportunities within the existing account base.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Polish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with sales in developing product/solution messaging, narratives, and value propositions.
  • Experience reaching and exceeding goals in the technology industry with SaaS products.
  • Ability to plan, pitch, and execute a territory sales strategy.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and written/verbal communication skills.
