A fully paid EBSC Summer Internship Program - Your Gateway to Success

At Marsh EBSC, we are committed to empowering the next generation of professionals. That's why we're excited to offer our summer internship program, that has consistently attracted over 2,000 candidates in previous editions and which is tailored exclusively for ambitious students and graduates who are ready to kick start their professional journey.

Here's what you can expect during your fully paid internship at EBSC:

What will be your daily tasks:

  • supporting a number of processes from the insurance lifecycle – this could include:
  • ensuring that all client details are correctly captured in our systems
  • preparing documents
  • reviewing policies and contracts to make sure they are correct
  • creating invoices and ensuring clients have the right information to make payments
  • collecting information about claims faced by our clients (predominantly via email)
  • taking part in team meetings, events and trainings

Internship details:

  • EBSC Summer Internship will begin in July 2024. Depending on your time availability, your can stay with us 3 months
  • Full time employment, however we also consider applications for part time employment, this means minimum 20 hours a week
  • Flexible working hours. You can discuss your schedule with your Team Leader based on your availability. During weekends we take a rest
  • Online recruitment process. If your application is selected, you will receive an email with details about the next recruitment stages and a meeting with your future Team Leader.
  • Hybrid mode. We encourage you to come to the office and work in hybrid mode 3+2/
  • Selected trainings

You are right candidate if you:

  • have very/good command English AND one of the foreign language from the list: German, French, Dutch, Danish or Norwegian or Swedish
  • OR you are very good in English and have solid knowledge of Excel and VBA
  • want to work in a large, multinational company with branches all around the world
  • have solid knowledge of MS Office package
  • have an eye for details and basic analytical skills
  • are well-organized and fast-learner
  • enjoy working in diverse teams
