2024 Opportunity Development Summer Intern with proficiency in French

Job Summary

Join our vibrant EMEA Opportunity Development Team, a group of ambitious individuals from over a dozen different nationalities, based across five locations in Europe. We are a team of go-getters who provide essential support to the sales team during the initial sales cycle stages. As a part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience on the sales frontline, with a dedicated colleague to guide you throughout your internship program.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct account research to identify key personas
  • Obtain Key/Targeted Personas using various available tools
  • Stimulate interest, qualify leads, and foster pipeline growth through phone calls, emails, and social media within assigned territories
  • Arrange discovery meetings/calls for Account Executives
  • Collaborate with teammates (Managers, Account Executives, and Digital/Tech Specialists) to create targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging for boosting opportunities and prospecting activities
  • Follow up on campaigns and provide detailed feedback on campaign success to our Sales Management Team and Marketing Managers
  • Actively engage in Regional Sales Team calls/meetings
  • Participate in Regional Events support with the Marketing team
  • Document and track all calls, emails, meetings, tours, and activities in SFDC
  • Report weekly results, both qualitative and quantitative
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders in assigned accounts and potential prospects

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university/college, in the penultimate year of bachelor's or master's studies (Expected graduation between December 2023 and September 2024)
  • Available for full-time commitment throughout the Summer Internship Program (scheduled between July and September, depending on academic calendars)
  • Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and French
  • Excellent ability to multitask and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in creating precise reports, conducting presentations, and sharing information clearly and promptly with others
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a willingness to learn new software
