Basic Function

The Office Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Office Coordinator in various administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

General services/office-related:

  • Assist employees with office matters and inquiries
  • Maintain building and office procedures
  • Manage office activities
  • Collaborate with service providers and suppliers
  • Report and oversee technical issues

Safety:

  • Support office safety procedures
  • Participate in safety activities
  • Help organize safety meetings and events

Working in SAP:

  • Handle transactions with office vendors

Events:

  • Assist in organizing site events
Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of secondary education
  • At least 12 months of relevant work experience
  • Proficient in English and MS Office
  • Global environment experience preferred
  • SAP experience is a plus
  • Strong multitasking and deadline-oriented skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
