The Opportunity

Title: HR Cluster Lead EMEA

(9 month fixed term contract)

Job summary:

In this role as the Cluster Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing HR service delivery in your cluster of countries, managing escalated cases, specialists, and ensuring the efficient deployment of resources to enhance HR service quality and scalability.

As the Cluster Leader, you will collaborate with various HR teams to drive continuous improvement, support Matterhorn growth, and ensure customer satisfaction within your cluster countries.

Your role in our mission:

  • Leadership: Partner with HR teams to drive effective HR service delivery, support business growth, and engage team members.
  • Expert Advisory: Provide guidance on complex employee matters to regional business leaders.
  • Resource Deployment and Coordination: Manage the effective deployment of HR resources to meet business needs and enhance service quality.
  • HR Service Delivery Accountability: Oversee HR service delivery, manage cases, specialists, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve HR processes and service quality within the region.
  • Resource and Budget Management: Efficiently manage resources and budgets to support team operations.

Valued skills and experience:

The role requires a blend of stakeholder engagement, project management, and leadership skills. Strong communication, operational HR expertise, and a commitment to continuous improvement are essential. Experience with tools like SNOW and Workday is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with shared services exposure.
  • Travel: Ability to travel up to 30%.
