About the role:
We are currently looking for a Service Desk Engineer who will be responsible for providing technical leadership for Premier customers around the world to help ensure their IT environments are kept optimized and healthy
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite expertise and support to resolve critical technical issues
- Consult with technical staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to troubleshoot and maintain their solutions
- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in at least one technical specialty to solve complex technical problems
- Enhancing the company's image and reputation through credibility, preparation.
- Develop strategic customer relationships, gain trust and respect for the company
Requirements:
- Experience in designing, implementing, and administering Configuration Manager infrastructure
- Knowledge of upgrading Configuration Manager in both online and offline modes.
- Acquaintance with ITIL/Service Management
- Good understanding of Active Directory
- Familiarity using Configuration Manager
- Troubleshooting knowledge & skills
Qualifications:
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience
