Sales Operations Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Sales Operations Team Leader. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment of constant changes to improve the Department and the Company, while keeping a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of Sales Operations Specialists, focusing on people development and employee engagement, to deliver excellent Customer Service.
- Driving both team and individual performance to ensure timely and accurate resolution of Customer's queries.
- Demonstrating strong organizational skills, prioritizing tasks and delegating responsibilities effectively.
- Ensuring the delivery of an easy and delightful experience for 3Shape Partners, when they contact 3Shape.
- Leading regular meetings with stakeholders to build strong relationships with reselling partners and 3Shape Sales teams, to ensure a seamless experience for both Customers and Partners.
- Understanding and addressing issues specific to the region, finding solutions to improve Customer experience.
- Taking ownership of Customer issues to ensure correct escalation and resolution.
- Identifying and implementing new initiatives to add further value to the team, optimizing processes and procedures along with the Management & Projects teams.
- Being a team player, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, required to communicate effectively with Customers, Partners and 3Shape Management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to build quality relationships with the Team and with the Partners.
- Excellent organizational skills, and experience in an operational and customer-facing role.
- Strong focus on process optimization and continuous improvement.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good command of Microsoft software, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX) and CRM will be an advantage.
- As responsible for supporting our Customers across the Globe, please expect a shift-based schedule, between 10:00 and 21:00.
