Your responsibilities

  • Du unterstützt unsere deutschen Patienten bei allen relevanten Anliegen und Anfragen per Mail und Telefon
  • Du bist erste*r Ansprechpartner*in für Arztpraxen, Krankenkassen und unsere Ernährungsberater*innen in Deutschland rund um administrative Themen
  • Du treibst zusammen mit den verschiedenen Teams und Abteilungen die Weiterentwicklung von Oviva voran
  • Du sorgst für eine hohe Patientenzufriedenheit, in dem Du Anmeldungen von Patienten für unsere Ernährungsprogramme Programm kompetent bearbeitest

Our requirements

  • Du bist ein wahrer Teamplayer, sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und drückst Dich auch schriftlich gut aus
  • Administrative Erfahrung im Bereich Customer Success
  • Du bist kundenorientiert und kannst Dich für innovative Gesundheitsthemen begeistern
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, organisiert und bist gleichzeitig flexibel und belastbar
  • Du bist fit im Umgang mit den klassischen Online und Office Tools (Google Workspace) und bist im Umgang mit IT-Systemen (Ticket-Systeme) vertraut
