The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Office Services Manager, this role is responsible for processing purchases orders and invoices through the corporate tool (iProcurement).
Key Responsibilities:
Accurate and timely processing of invoices through the iProcurement tool for multiple departments and project teams, incl. raising requisitions Working closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure vendor process has been fulfilled. Escalating roadblocks that may delay contracted payment terms. Develop strong working relationships with the Finance team to ensure timely payments to our suppliers Manage the OW iProcurement mailbox and respond to user inquiries related to the operation of iProcurement and the processing of invoices for payment Provision global access as requested by OW colleagues Support all colleagues with vendor inquiries about payment status Troubleshoot procurement issues with end users, identify root causes and partner with finance and AP teams to identify sustainable solutions Conduct training of the iProcurement tool and process to relevant stakeholders, as well as being the SPOC for questions on the system & process.Qualitifications:
Fluent in written and verbal English. Administrative experience with payment processing Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Comfortable with Finance systems Working with online systems and toolsDesired but not essential:
Finance / Accounting related qualification Workflow coordination experienceCandidate Skills and Attributes:
