About the Role:
As a Talent Management Coordinator at Oliver Wyman, you will play a key role in maintaining a proactive and responsive relationship with Support Professionals. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative support across various talent management processes and systems, ensuring seamless employee experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to employees and managers on talent management processes and systems.
- Monitor and address work-life balance challenges and alerts.
- Host Introduction to SP Talent Management sessions for new joiners.
- Conduct new hire meetings and catch-up meetings with SPs after probation.
- Coordinate Work Away Week process for Europe and Work from Abroad requests.
- Answer questions on SPTM topics or processes.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- First HR experience required (education or work).
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong adherence to confidentiality.
- Self-motivated and flexible to prioritize or reprioritize tasks.
- Solution-oriented with a can-do attitude.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- HRIS experience is a plus, with experience in Workday preferred.
