About the Role:

Oliver Wyman is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Support Professional Talent Management team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees and managers across various talent management processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to employees and managers across several talent management processes and systems.
  • Monitor and check-in on work-life balance challenges and alerts, including monitoring internal systems.
  • Host Introduction to SP Talent Management sessions for new joiners.
  • Conduct new hire meetings and catch-up meetings with SPs after successful completion of probation period.
  • Conduct exit interviews and coordinate Work Away Week process for Europe.
  • Coordinate Work from abroad requests and answer questions from employees and managers on all SPTM topics or processes.
  • Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.

Requirements:

  • First HR experience required (education or work).
  • Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the message to fit the audience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the capability and desire to work within a collaborative team and possess an interest in Human Resources.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong adherence to confidentiality and self-motivation with the ability to work with limited oversight.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS experience is a plus.
