About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Management Coordinator to join our team at Oliver Wyman. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees and managers across various talent management processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to employees and managers across several talent management processes and systems.
- Monitor and check-in on work-life balance challenges and alerts, including monitoring internal systems.
- Host Introduction to SP Talent Management sessions for new joiners.
- Conduct new hire meetings and catch-up meetings with SPs after successful completion of probation period.
- Conduct exit interviews and coordinate Work Away Week process for Europe.
- Coordinate Work from abroad requests and answer questions from employees and managers on all SPTM topics or processes.
- Assist with special projects and other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements:
- First HR experience required (education or work).
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the message to fit the audience.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the capability and desire to work within a collaborative team and possess an interest in Human Resources.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong adherence to confidentiality and self-motivation with the ability to work with limited oversight.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS experience is a plus.
