Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

Be the primary point of contact for the operational management of Platform solution with Casino & Live games Build and maintain a deep understanding of client business, structure of the organization and forge relationships with key stakeholders through key inter-personal relationships Be responsible for a client KPI’s related to PT products Act as voice of the customers within Playtech and balance business goals and share knowledge of licensee with Playtech colleagues and product stakeholders Manage game launches and marketing promotions to licensees Drive usage and upsell of Playtech tools, products and services Report on licensee marketing commitments and promotions related to Playtech products & services

Possess overall good understanding of BI, CRM, customer journey, A/B tests and segmentation Understand player-facing technology such as frontend and importance of promotions and player interaction via desktop, mobile and native channels Have and will maintain a good knowledge of e-commerce industry landscape and igaming competitors’ products and developments Are ready to become an expert on Playtech products and USPs – eager to work with internal product stakeholders Are and will remain updated on regulatory frameworks and compliance

Good understanding of frontend development cycle Having experience with online e-commerce sector Experienced in working with CRM i.e Salesforce and good understanding of customer journey

Product & Delivery Team
Our team plays a key role in supporting our licensees and providing professional knowledge and experience on Playtech and available partnered B2B products. Within our team, you will acquire overall expertise of Playtech’s structure and products, while never having a routine day.
