Are you ready to embark on a dynamic and fulfilling journey as a Customer Success Advisor? If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, we have an exciting opportunity for you.

As a Customer Success Advisor, your key responsibilities will include resolving issues via chat and email in order to assist our valued customers in building successful businesses.

You'd be working according to schedule, from Monday till Sunday (5 days a week) in 8-hour shifts that start from 7 AM and finish at 7 PM.

have excellent language skills in English and Spanish (at least C1 level); any additional language such as Polish, Italian, Portuguese, German, French or Russian would be an asset
have online marketing acumen and preferably some technical background
are open to new experiences and ready to acquire new information at a fast pace
have the ability to easily handle a number of interactions at the same time
have superior verbal and written communication skills and are ready to master your speed-typing skill
are an outgoing "people person" with an upbeat attitude
