- lokalnie osiągnął już wszystko, co było do osiągnięcia (ponad 1000 płacących klientów)

- planuje wejście na rynek globalny, uzyskał właśnie na tel cel rundę finansowania 

- szuka osoby, która zbuduje funkcję Customer Success, wspierającą całe przedsięwzięcie 

 

Stawka: 

 28 k PLN netto B2B lub 23 k brutto PLN UoP

 

Wyzwania i zadania dla Ciebie:

 

  • przejęcie odpowiedzialności za dostarczenie klientom realnej wartości z użytkowania systemu (system dla działów sprzedaży średnich i małych przedsiębiorstw, narzędzie o dużym poziomie komplikacji)
  • opracowanie strategii i zbudowanie funkcji i zespołu customer success w firmie
  • ocena obecnie używanych wskaźników w CS (churn, LTV), propozycja zmian 
  • zapewnienie, że klienci używają systemu w optymalny dla nich sposób
  • budowanie świadomości mierzalnej wartości z używania systemu u klientów
  • odpowiedzialność za support i wdrożenia klientów (przejęcie 7 osobowego teamu)
  • monitorowanie takich wskaźników jak Customer Lifetime Value (LTV) i współczynnik rezygnacji

 

 

 

Potrzebujemy, żebyś miał (a):

 

  • zrozumienie funkcji Customer Success w organizacji
  • doświadczenie jako Head of Customer Success
  • doświadczenie z metrykami churn, LTV, adopcji produktu
  • doświadczenie w tworzeniu i wprowadzaniu strategii Customer Success
  • doświadczenie w bezpośrednim zarządzaniu ludźmi
  • doświadczenie w codziennym zarządzaniu operacjami
  • zrozumienie, jak działają skomplikowane produkty SaaS
  • doświadczenie w pracy z międzynarodowymi klientami
  • bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego
