Sandoz has embraced a bold strategy to drive a company-wide digital transformation. This includes the development and implementation of the Sandoz enterprise-wide digital strategy that leverages data and digital to develop and manage a strategic digital portfolio that delivers $500M of value to Sandoz within 3 years. This will drive deployment of digital and data technologies and ways of working to achieve enterprise-wide strategic objectives across Portfolio and Pipeline, Customer Engagement and Sales Operations. The Sandoz Digital Strategy is led by the Sandoz Chief Technology Officer and co-owned with the Sandoz Executive Committee (SEC).

Within this context, the Commercial Applications teams are responsible for lean process design, delivering improved efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience and establishing a well performing operation that meets agreed scope / service levels, drives improvements on a continuous basis and achieves operational excellence against defined benchmarks. The team will primarily support the activities around the Sandoz internal customer engagement platform called “Scout” while leading global deployment, legacy application harmonization and integrating with other strategic programs and initiatives across the organization.
The role will be part of Customer Engagement team to capture country requirements, design and deliver new, globally harmonized Agreement and Pricing Management processes and solutions that are critical for overall Customer Engagement success.

Your Key Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:

•Creation of “user stories”; define and prioritize developments. Follow up and fine tune features; come up with solutions
•Work collaboratively with regional team to align on priorities. Support team with providing input for writing and documenting user stories that are clear, concise, and easy-to-understand for the business and development/testing team
•Identify and align cross-functional needs for Pricing Agreement Management topics
•Provide creative solutions: fit required changes in the existing processes / adjust the existing process flows if required, guarantee that the solutions are global and at the same time flexible. Work with the team on the solution for the requirements and explain the business need to the developers, architect, and testing team
•Drive overall sales success in meeting their targets and objectives; understand success factors and root cause driving outcomes
•Provide accurate and thoughtful responses to resolve a variety of inquiries from users
•Enhance engagement through regular discussion and feedback with end users
•Provide oversight and best practice methodology for Change Management practice to ensure strong buy-in and adoption for new initiatives and ongoing feedback for continual performance optimization
•Create and maintain training documentation. Provide training to end users.
•Align processes with overall Sandoz vision and strategy
•Responsible for providing support to the Sales and/or Customer Service functions by leading the implementation of Pricing Agreement Management solutions across the commercial organ-ization
•Work with functional team leads to drive resolution of issues, risk mitigation, cross-term com-munication, and escalation as required
