Zakres obowiązków  

Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych Klientów w ramach średnich i dużych firm  Kompleksowe przeprowadzanie Klienta przez proces wynajmu powierzchni magazynowej lub produkcyjnej  Budowanie i utrzymywanie trwałych relacji z dotychczasowymi Klientami i Partnerami Biznesowymi Uczestnictwo w konferencjach, targach, spotkaniach branżowych (również w roli eksperta)  Współtworzenie strategii zespołu oraz dbanie o jego rozwój 

Poszukiwane kompetencje  

Doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu klientów biznesowych/Doświadczenie w sprzedaży i prezentacji usług do klientów biznesowych  Umiejętności analizy potrzeb klienta i proponowanie rozwiązań z ich uwzględnieniem  Doświadczenie w prowadzeniu negocjacji z decydentami na różnych poziomach  Wysoka samodzielność w samodzielnym planowaniu działań Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego
