Job Description

Your day-to-day activities:

Support for Customer Service Representatives in account management. First contact for all incoming calls (customers, forwarding agents, Service Center etc.).

First contact for all incoming customers calls and emailsIdentify the causes of problems and preventing their re-occurancePropose professional, rapid and competent solutions to customers' queries or correct forwarding them to other CHEP departments;Preparing and generating reports of current activity;Administrative support of Field staff (setting up new customers, adding new accounts to the system and preparing documents for customers);Review performance of customers versus KPIs for account controlParticipation in/leading current department (cross-departmental) projects and other tasks as delegated by the Manager.Development of cooperation with other departments/external companies to support business growth and acquire new customersNew employees trainings

Your profile:

BA Degree requiredFluent Polish & B1 English is a must0,5 - 1 year sales & customer service in a service company where analysis and attention to detail was a key success factorBusiness data analysis and account reconciliationHaving worked in a Customer Service Team environment that solely focuses on investigating and analyzing data to resolve issues.Direct customer liaising
