Our storyWith around 100 million active users in 24 countries, we deliver fantastic food, and more, from Amsterdam to Rome. Many of those deliveries happen with ‘Scoober’, our global logistics operation.
Scoober supports restaurants in the delivery process, with our couriers taking their orders from the kitchen to the customer. With Scoober launching in new locations, we need to keep our operations in top gear.
All about the roleThe successful candidate will manage, direct, and improve the Regional Live Operations team in the Polish market:
- You will take the leadership and responsibility of the Polish Live Operations Market in Wroclaw
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset and experience in setting up a new team
- Manage a group of Supervisors and help them achieve the best results with their agents.
- You are the right hand of the Global Live Operations Team Leader and the interface to Supervisors. Your position translates business vision into actions, you are capable to take initiative, drive change, lead and deliver.
- You will be responsible for developing all culture, process, and performance improvements, and for leading/developing a global real-time response team.
- You work together with our workforce management and training team to ensure the development and optimization of your team.
- You closely align and collaborate with the other Global Live Operations teams, in Amsterdam and Berlin.
- You are focused to achieve possible efficiency in terms of service levels, costs and support the further growth of the regions.
- Developing strong relationships with the Local Operations and Customer Service departments for effective collaboration, information sharing and KPI improvement opportunities.
- Development and regular evaluation and reporting on KPIs related to growth and development.
Here are the skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Like our agents and supervisors, you possess analytical skills and can offer logistical insights
- Team management is not a new topic for you - you have at least 3 years of experience in a managerial position leading staff across few seniority levels within an operational environment (for e.g. call centre, logistics, corporate hospitality)
- You possess an excellent understanding of management practices and techniques
- You have the ability to think strategically and lead with a clear understanding of wider issues impacting the relevant markets. Troubleshooting and multitasking are second nature to you
- You have an established track record with performance improvement, change management, setting up, developing, and perfecting departmental procedures, exceeding targets and KPIs in a quality-led customer support environment
- You enjoy working in a dynamic, constantly evolving environment like ours and coach your team through the ride
- You know how to connect to other departments internationally to improve the team result together and have excellent stakeholder management skills
- You have excellent communication skills in English
