Aktualnie poszukujemy kandydatów na stanowisko: Office Coordinator (umowa na zastępstwo od 4 do 19 lipca)

  • umowę o pracę tymczasową w okresie od 4 do 19 lipca,

  • stałe godziny pracy (9:00-17:00),
  • pełne szkolenie stanowiskowe.

zadania

  • kompleksowa organizacja pracy biura,
  • obsługa klienta (pracownicy oraz goście)
  • odbiór przesyłek i przekazania do odpowiednich działów, 
  • zarządzanie i koordynacja działań firmy sprzątającej,
  • zapewnienie odpowiedniego zaopatrzenia w artykuły papiernicze i biurowe oraz artykuły spożywcze,
  • zarządzanie i koordynacja różnych dostawców biurowych, ekspresu do kawy, dystrybutorów wody.

oczekujemy

  • znajomości języka angielskiego na poziomie min. B2,
  • doświadczenie w pracy na podobny stanowisku,
  • otwartości i komunikatywności,
  • dokładności i odpowiedzialności.
