O zespole

Dział CP Homecare odpowiada głównie za przygotowywanie dokumentów do fakturowania, obsługę recept oraz wprowadzanie zamówień dla klientów z Niemiec. Oferujemy możliwość pracy w międzynarodowej firmie oraz współpracy z niemieckimi partnerami.

Umowa

Obecnie w zespole możemy zaproponować umowę na czas określony (umowa na 12 miesięcy). 

Zakres obowiązków:

Wprowadzanie zamówień dla naszych pacjentów z Niemiec Przygotowywanie dokumentów dotyczących refundacji naszych produktów Zarządzanie danymi w systemie CRM Udział w różnych projektach wskazanych przez kierownictwo Budowanie pozytywnych relacji z podmiotami wewnętrznymi i zewnętrznymi

 
Oczekiwania:

Znajomość narzędzi Microsoft Office Znajomość j. niemieckiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min. A2) Znajomość języka angielskiego w stopniu komunikatywnym (min. B1) Umiejętność planowania i priorytetyzacji zadań Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu
