About the role

Take the lead in shaping the future of payroll at Reckitt as our Shared Service Supervisor / Payroll Lead. This pivotal role is the cornerstone of ensuring our employees are rewarded with precision and punctuality. We're looking for a champion of efficiency who isn't just there to oversee payroll operations but to innovate them. Your responsibilities

- Oversee a dedicated payroll team, guaranteeing precise payroll execution within our shared services.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently, in line with company policies and legal compliance.
- Reconcile payroll data rigorously, upholding accuracy and rectifying any discrepancies swiftly.
- Provide expert advice and responses to payroll-related questions from employees and stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver cohesive results and drive continuous payroll improvement.
- Generate accurate reports for internal use and statutory compliance, encompassing payroll summaries and analytics.

The experience we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a related role, preferably in a global organization.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills to convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

• Knowledge of HR systems and data governance best practices.
