Responsibilities

Société Générale Warsaw Branch is currently looking for an HR Business Partner.

The primary role will be to support managers in human resource management through coaching and consulting on variety of HR programs, practices, and policies. The individual will have a chance to work locally and regionally contributing to organization growth. To be successful in this position, you need to bring along a very strong background in HR area with labor laws knowledge, good communication and interpersonal skills.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Support in HR strategy implementation and organization growth Create targeted learning strategies and development programs to up/reskill employees Take active role in workforce effectiveness optimization through workforce planning, career pathing, and succession planning Continue facilitation of well-being initiatives and mental health programs Build knowledge and skills to enable leaders and employees to better understand organizational differences, foster speak-up and DEI culture Act as a primary HR advisor in regular HR processes (Performance Management, Talent Management, Annual Compensation Review, Recruitment & Onboarding, Exit, Jobs Benchmarking, Compensation & Benefits) Coach managers on performance practices, and counsel in difficult cases Actively participate in local and regional HR projects Perform permanent supervision controls and use HR data to propose solutions within business and HR environment Contribute to efficiencies and HR performance enhancements based on best practices and trends Shape effective employee life cycle and support positive employee experience

Profile required

Studies & experience:

University degree in human resource management or other socio-human sciences At least 10 years of experience in variety of HR fields with knowledge of Polish labor laws and HR best practices allowing to play a role of independent expert Successful track record and proven capabilities in Human Resource field Very good knowledge of Polish labor laws, expertise in employee relations, solving problems through negotiation and mediation techniques, principles and practices

Language skills:

Fluency in Polish and English (C1/C2), spoken and written

Technical, operational & Soft skills:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office package and HR systems Drive, enthusiasm, business maturity, analytical and out-of-the box thinking Strong communication and listening skills with sensitivity to a diversity of cultures and working styles Proactive approach, self-reliance, ability to implement own ideas and take independent decisions
