Business Development Specialist

Acquiring and establishing contacts with customers
Pre-sales customer care and nurturing of relationships
Analyzing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with the company's customers
Preparing offers, calculations and presentations
Conducting sales negotiations and finalizing them with an offer
Ownership over the entire sales process
Reporting of results
Strengthening relationships with existing key customers in the Polish and foreign markets
You have a minimum of 2 years of experience in selling IT services
You are able to independently acquire new customers and build relationships with B2B customers
You conduct communication with customers in an effective and professional manner
You have the ability to establish business relationships in the short term and nurture it in the long term
You are willing to meet with customers offline and attend industry events
You are enthusiastic about sales
You are able to work in a distributed team
You are able to manage your time effectively
You have a sense of responsibility
You have the courage to act unconventionally and think outside the box
You are a proactive person who is committed to achieving established goals
You are characterized by intrinsic motivation and commitment to action
You communicate fluently in Polish
You know English on a communicative level
