CZYM SIĘ BĘDZIESZ ZAJMOWAĆ?

  • Realizacją projektów badawczych i analitycznych we współpracy ze strategicznymi agencjami badawczymi dla portfolio WPR (pre-testing, post-testing, ad-hoc researches) przy ścisłej współpracy z działem marketingu;
  • Analizą danych oraz przygotowywaniem na ich podstawie klarownych podsumowań/rekomendacji/prezentacji dla biznesu;
  • Koordynacją strategicznego projektu Demand Sensing / U&A: analizą danych i raportowaniem, organizacją warsztatów, prezentacją wyników;
  • Tracking equity marek WPR: monitorowaniem danych i raportowaniem, odpowiadaniem na bieżące zapytania Brand Managerów związanych z trackingiem i przygotowywaniem analiz ad-hoc;
  • Monitorowaniem trendów konsumenckich, desk research.

JEŚLI POSIADASZ:

  • Minimum 5 lat doświadczenia w pracy po stronie agencji badawczej, w zespole Consumer Insights po stronie klienta lub w kompleksowym prowadzeniu projektów badawczych;
  • Praktyczną znajomość zróżnicowanych metodologii badań konsumenckich/rynkowych (qual, quant, shopper, social listening, comms testing, campaign evaluation);
  • Umiejętność pisania briefów badawczych, przygotowywania rekomendacji metodologicznych w celu dostarczenia celów badawczych;
  • Doświadczenie w samodzielnej realizacji projektów badawczych od briefu, realizacji do raportowania;
  • Znajomość rynku agencji badawczych oraz dostępnych narzędzi badawczych;
  • Wysokie umiejętności prezentacyjne i analityczne;
  • Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane kierunki: socjologia, badania rynkowe, metody ilościowe;
  • Znajomość języka angielskiego oraz polskiego na poziomie min. C1;
  • Znajomość pakietu MS Office w stopniu zaawansowanym.
