& Requirements Kogo szukamy 2-3 lata doświadczenia na podobnym stanowisku w międzynarodowej organizacji; Wykształcenie wyższe; Wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności interpersonalne i umiejętność strategicznego myślenia; Doświadczenie w zakresie wdrażania procesów wspierających biznes oraz praktyczną znajomość narzędzi HR, Excela,  Praktyczną znajomość Prawa Pracy; Gotowość do pracy w zmiennym i dynamicznie rozwijającym się stanowisku; Nastawienie na realizację założonych celów, elastyczność w działaniu; Podejmowanie inicjatywy w celu optymalizacji procesów związanych z obszarem HR; Samodzielność w działaniu, kreatywność i odpowiedzialność; Bardzo dobrą znajomość języka angielskiego; Wysokie zdolności analityczne. Twoja przyszła rola Zapewnienie realizacji strategii HR w kluczowych obszarach dla zespołów biznesowych , onboardingu, ocen i zarządzania efektywnością, rozwoju pracowników; Analiza danych, wyników i wskaźników dotyczących procesów HR, wyciąganie wniosków i rekomendowanie na ich podstawie efektywnych działań; Bieżące wsparcie i doradztwo w obszarze HR dla poszczególnych zespołów biznesowych; Optymalizacja procesów HR; Zapewnienie właściwej komunikacji i wdrożenie projektów i inicjatyw z obszaru HR.
