We are looking for a energetic and experienced Senior Sales Manager. As a Senior Sales Manager, you are a ‘hunter’ and your role is to lay the foundation for sales by engaging with merchants and online sellers, helping them understand the value of ZEN, and moving them forward in the sales process. As ZEN first point of contact, you play a key role in building the brand, creating a great first impression, and building not only the sales team but the entire organization.

Your responsibilities at ZEN will include:

 • Develop a strong sales strategy to grow ZEN.com’s presence at leading European online retailers (groceries, fashion, marketplaces and more)

 • Own a pipeline of enterprise-level opportunities and drive the end to end sales cycle from establishing the need to closing the deal

 • Manage client relationships from CEOs to operational teams

 • Partner with merchants to deliver best-in-class online and mobile check-out experience to drive incremental sales with ZEN.com

 • Work with Product, Marketing and Risk teams to enhance ZEN.com’s value proposition and design tailored solutions

We're looking for people with:

 • Existing work experience in sales, business development or consulting within a fast-paced and target-oriented environment

 • At least 1 year of experience in selling acquiring and payment methods to e-commerce

 • First-hand knowledge of ecommerce, retail, or payment industry, and genuine interest in digital, mobile commerce and innovation

 • Strong presentation and listening skills: comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior executives (C-level)

 • Strong cross-functional project management skills; comfortable in a complex selling environment with multiple decision makers at many levels both internally and externally

 • Entrepreneurial spirit, problem solver and deal closer, with a positive, creative and innovative mindset

 • Excellent team player with great interpersonal, cross-cultural, communication skills

 • Fluent in English plus one of the following languages (Polish, French, German, Spanish)

 • Master’s degree or equivalent
