The Finance Controlling & Planning organization has the responsibility, working closely with the division and country organizations, to drive Controlling & Planning standardization. To strengthen our teams, we are looking for Interns with good communication skills and valid student status. You would become a part of the FP&;A team located in Łódź and would be responsible for supporting the organization by compiling and analyzing metrics, identifying trends and problems, communicating information to relevant groups, and recommending actions to improve financial performance.

Responsibilities

  • Business Analysis - supporting analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast and proposing improvement actions. Performing benchmarking of key performance indicators with internal peers.  
  • Financial Reporting – supporting the preparation of relevant organization financial reporting, business planning, budgeting and forecasting. Validating the accuracy of financial data and business information and reports by performing reconciliations and review of exceptions. 
  • Information and communication – providing information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations.

 

Requirements

  •  To be enrolled at a university with valid student status (during the whole 1-year program)
  • Field of study related to economics, finance, controlling, etc.
  • Very good (at least B2 level) English skills
  • Analytical mindset
  • Keen on data analytics
  • Good command of Excel (VBA is a plus)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Availability min. 30h per week (flexible working hours and hybrid work mode)
