The international IT company Andersen invites a Global Payroll Specialist to join our large team.
Andersen is a pre-IPO software development company providing a full cycle of services, following project management standards and best practices. Responsibilities
Being responsible for the payroll process in EU countries. Providing information for charging and monitoring the performance of payroll outsourcing companies. Ensuring and enforcing all payroll tax obligations. Supporting employees on payroll issues. Optimizing and automating the payroll area.
Requirements
Experience as a Payroll Specialist for 2+ years. Ability to work in a multi-tasking environment. Excellent time management and work organization skills, stress tolerance. Proactivity in problem solving and suggesting process improvements that can benefit the entire team. Good understanding of payroll processes and procedures. Excellent communication skills. Experience working with external payroll service providers. Excel skills at an intermediate level. Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Desired skills
Knowledge of the Polish language.
