Job Title: Healthcare Customer Advisor (Spanish C2 + Portuguese C2 + English B2)

Location: Remote (Poland-based)
Salary:

  • Salary (8500 PLN): Offered to candidates with a medical-related education, such as chemistry, biotechnology, biology, or similar fields.
  • Pharma Salary (10,200 PLN): Offered to candidates with pharmaceutical qualifications (e.g., a degree in pharmacy or an equivalent qualification).

We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Advisor with a medical background to provide expert advice and support to clients in the pharmaceutical industry. If you hold a degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or related fields, this role offers an excellent opportunity to combine your expertise with a dynamic customer service environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries related to pharmaceutical products via phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide expert health advice and guidance based on your medical knowledge, ensuring clients receive accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist customers with product support, troubleshooting, and pharmaceutical-related queries.
  • Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients through effective communication.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a seamless customer experience and continuous service improvement.

This distinction ensures that candidates with the appropriate qualifications receive the corresponding salary based on their educational background.

Mandatory Requirements:
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Spanish (C2), Portuguese (C2), and English (B2).
  • Educational Background:
    • A Bachelors or Masters degree in pharmacy, biotechnology, biology, chemistry, or other medical-related studies is required.
    • Pharmaceutical qualifications are required for candidates seeking the Pharma Salary.

Selection Process:
  • Upon submission, your profile will be reviewed by the client. If you are not already in their database, the client will assess your suitability and schedule an interview if your qualifications match the requirements.
Relocation Support:
  • Flight Ticket Costs and Real Estate Agency Fees are covered for those relocating to Poland. Please note, accommodation is not provided.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time: Monday to Friday, rotative 08:00-19:00.
  • Every second Saturday: A working day.
Contract Details:
  • Employment Contract: Initial probation period of 3 months, followed by an extension to 1 year, 18 months, or a permanent contract based on performance and management's decision.
