Student Paid Internship

• User Acceptance Testing: Deploy and test new software, troubleshoot installation errors, and resolve issues.
• Troubleshooting: Learn to diagnose and resolve issues with AppLocker, SCCM, Intune, Office 365, and Zscaler.
• Support Requests: Handle tasks like granting MS Teams recording permissions, creating Mitel extensions, managing email quarantines, and setting out-of-office messages.
• Teams Telephony: Assist with troubleshooting telephony issues.

• Bachelor or master student
• Experience with MS office tools like PowerPoint and Excel
• Ideally practical work experience in form of internships or training
• Fluent in English
• Hands on attitude, logical thinking, and basic technical understanding
• Creativity, ability to work in a team, organizational skills, independent work style.
