What you'll do
  •  Documentation: summarize meeting notes and update problem records’ status. Accurate records will help us keep track of issues and follow up more easily.
  •  Data Entry: gather and organize information on recent incidents, which will help the team analyze trends and prioritize issues more effectively.
  •  Monitoring and Follow-up activities: monitor the progress of open tickets and assist with corrective actions.
  • Dashboards: create basic visual reports or dashboards using ServiceNow, Excel or Performance Analytics.

Who you are
  • Bachelor or master student
  • Fluent in English
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, basic knowledge of ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems, and an understanding of dashboards or reporting tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a dynamic work environment.
  • Clear written communication for summarizing meetings, updating records, and following up on open tickets effectively.
