Job Description

Our European Department of Finance and Accounting, based in the Business Garden in Poznan, will welcome an ambitious person open to working internationally.

AP Accountant
(2 years contract; maternity cover)

Responsibilities

Coding, processing and analyzing vendor invoices, Processing invoices promptly, Maintain payable aging, Answer accounts payable inquiries and audit queries, Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date Respond to ADM business inquiries - everyday contact with other ADM locations in European countries, Implementing improvements within the scope of accounting processes, Assist with ad-hoc projects Support the process of closing and reporting financial results Other ad-hoc duties at the request of the AP Leader Cover for other Accounts Payable staff while on leave to ensure service levels and processing timescales are met Valid work permit to work in Poland, Willingness to work from our Poznań office 3 days per week ( ul. Kolorowa 6)

Requirements

2+ years of experience in AP or AR department or as an accountant, Knowledge about accountancy processes, Good English (B2+) Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines, Good communication skills  Very good knowledge of MS Office (in particular Excel), Willing to learn and develop knowledge and skills.
