We are looking for someone with experience in Order Management/Supply Chain activities to join us as a Process Lead for our BENELUX team. In this English-speaking role you will be the goalkeeper for the team's daily KPIs, ensuring that team goals and the needs of customers are being met in a timely manner. When things need a quick resolution, you will be responsible for promptly undertaking corrective actions. You will also support the BENELUX Team Leader in planning long-term solutions aimed at improving operational efficiency, and will oversee and manage the team's daily processes, providing support to colleagues in these matters. This is a crucial role, as you are ensuring that process activities are carried out in compliance with company guidelines and policies, while also providing feedback to the Team Leader to identify and resolve issues related to operational processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring daily KPIs within the assigned market, discussing these with the team, planning prompt corrective actions and supporting the Team Leader in finding long-term solutions
  • Cooperating daily with the Account Managers responsible for customer portfolios, ensuring delivery on time process-wise
  • Communicating with SCC Finance, Logistics, Product Managers and Production teams to deliver the best solutions to meet customers’ need
  • Supporting the Team Leader in communicating with Sales
  • Creating customer orders/contracts/offers and schedules in the company’s ERP operations system, and coordinating the documentation flow
  • Providing post-sales support by handling customer communication regarding status of orders and confirmation of delivery dates
  • Coordinating with Sales for any customized orders and special shipping requests from customers
  • Cooperating daily with external suppliers to ensure material and product availability for customers
  • Being a first point of reference for customer’s complaints
  • Understanding basic VAT Determination Rules and Incoterms 2020 in order to address properly customers’ enquiries
  • Constantly identifying possible process improvements and solutions.

Requirements :

  • At least 4 years’ experience in an Order Management/Supply Chain/Customer Service role
  • Knowledge of English (min. B2)
  • Polish fluent speaker - preferred
  • SAP system knowledge
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the ‘End-to End’ order management process and of its commercial elements, including customer due diligence, creation and maintenance of records, pricing administration elements etc.
  • Experience in creating and analysing reports
  • Experience in informal leadership roles or in coordinating actions or projects initiatives - preferred
  • Excel knowledge - intermediate
  • Pro-activity and action-oriented approach, with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, even under pressure
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a solid customer service mindset
  • Ability to work well in a team, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Analytical and logical thinking.
