Description and Requirements

We are looking for a Virtuals Sales Specialist to join our team in Poland. You will report to our SMB Segment Leader.

These are your responsibilities:

Business Management:  Key metrics execution (Total REV/Margin/Market Share); Alignment with Market 4P/Finance/Sales Head (planning / Mx / GTN execution); Co-ordinate with 4P for the Supply forecast & time-to-market optimization; Responsible for all the Sell-out activities; Quarterly/monthly/weekly sync with 4P on SISO planning.

Business Development:  Training REL/Mid-Market sellers for key customer, providing them with sales tools, unique messaging, sales guidance, seed program set up and market insights; Co-ordinate with Sales and PC 4P teams to sync programs and campaign plans on customer level (SMB and Consumer); Cooperation with marketing on brand development instore visibility/POS improvement & promotion; and On-line.; Take the lead to ensure broad line up and product content set up in the online channel Be the driver to identify necessary changes cross selling example: consumer models into mid market or REL if necessary; Open the door & support Sales for accounts or be the sales lead where a break through is needed.

Quarterly Execution of:  Co-ordinate Sell out campaign planning with 4P (sales specialist gives inputs and feedback on opportunities to drive the Ambition); RTM analyses –Consumer and SMB channel development, review Lenovo in house shares within Top Visual Resellers/Retailers, create action plans and execution to drive growth; QBR with Top priority partners to review business status and next steps; Interlock with sales teams – CON / SMB / REL – SI/STI/SO, share of wallet update, key opportunities, customer feedback

Monthly execution of:  Review Pricing & heat map check vs competition with 4P Team (prepared by EMEA); GfK/IT research analysis; Distributors & Key partners visits; Interlock with marketing team – promotion results, share of space update, promoter feedback; Supply forecast, feedback adjustments to 4P team.

Essential Experience and Key Skills:

Proven product sales/marketing experience Self-motivated and pro-active mentality Energetic, sales driven attitude and a “must win” attitude Excellent presentation skills driven by passion Commercial understanding of BP’s Detailed insight to business analytics

Preferable Experience & Skills :

A good communicator with excellent personal appearance Varied career experience including roles in Sales & Marketing Must have good skills in working as a team and also on own initiative Can work well under pressure and would look to problem solving Formal sales / negotiation skills training from recognized Institute

Essential Qualifications:  BA commercial management and Fluency in English
