About the job

The Shared Service Centeris looking for a Consulting Contract Operations Manager for EMEA/AP to oversee all activities related to the administration, management, interpretation and compliance of customer consulting contracts, subcontractor contracts, and related reporting. 

As a Consulting Contract Operations Manager, you will:

Establish and prioritize group, department or division responsibilities relative to department, division and corporate goals. Work regularly with other internal departments and divisions, including Legal, Finance, Consulting, EDU, Sales and Technical Support, to address policies, business issues and problems and to implement viable solutions. Oversee all subcontractor contract responsibilities - subcontractor contract processing, creation of related purchase orders, maintenance of contract caps, validating subcontractor bill rates to customers, adherence to contract terms by subcontractors, and auditing/processing of subcontractor invoices. Serve as liaison to key systems unique to consulting and works collaboratively on developing design and enhancements (e.g. Replicon Timesheet System and Concur Travel Expense System). Oversee team’s role in developing & maintaining numerous reporting needs for consulting management, customer project data, as well as reports required by Consulting Contract Operations to support month over month accounting of a significant volume of consulting engagements. Provide project leadership and works directly on projects and/or contract administration, interpretation and compliance as group or department needs dictate. Maintain extensive knowledge of Finance policies and can articulate such policies to other internal staff and internal customers, when appropriate. Directly supervise assigned staff and provide coaching and professional development in furtherance of department, division and company goals. Provide contract administration leadership, including on any new company solutions opportunities. Provide global cross functional project leadership inclusive of reporting and process improvements.

Required Qualifications

8 years of increasingly responsible experience with contracting and/or Services Consulting in the software industry. Supervisory or Team Lead experience preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered in place of the above qualifications.
