Your Role:

 

Objective: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers by managing orders, addressing complaints, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining compliance with company processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Order Management

    • Receive, verify, and input customer orders into the system SAP.
    • Track orders to ensure smooth delivery to customers.

  2. Complaint Resolution

    • Facilitate communication and resolution for customer complaints.

  3. Documentation

    • Attach received orders and relevant documents from customers to the system.
    • Maintain accurate documentation for all transactions.

  4. Invoice and Credit Management

    • Process invoices, credit notes, debit notes, and product returns.
    • Monitor their progress until issuance.

  5. Process Execution

    • Execute department-defined processes, adhering to organizational controls and deadlines.
    • Collaborate with other departments to meet company goals and policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

    1. Previous experience in a customer service, logistics, or order management role

    2. Language Proficiency:

  • Advanced proficiency in English and Czech, both written and spoken

    3. Customer Service Orientation:

    • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.
    • Proactive problem-solving abilities to address customer needs and complaints efficiently.

      4. Detail-Oriented and Organized:

      • Ability to accurately process and document orders, invoices, and returns with attention to detail.
      • Strong organizational skills to track order progress and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

        5.Technical Competence:

        • Comfortable using customer relationship management (CRM) and order management systems. ( SAP or Oracle) - nice to have
        • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

          6. Collaboration and Teamwork:

          • Ability to work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure seamless processes and meet company goals.
          • Open and constructive communication style to foster partnerships across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with packaging or supply chain processes would be advantageous.
