About the Role

The Sales Professional will be responsible for securing new business and maintaining exceptional customer service for Polish customers. This sales-focused role is target-driven, requiring strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels within external customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain Converge's market image by adhering to quality and trade standards
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competition
  • Secure new business and maintain excellent customer service for Polish customers
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • An enthusiastic and commercial attitude
  • A bachelor's degree and/or successful sales experience in electronic component sales
  • Motivation and a positive entrepreneurial spirit
Preferred Skills
  • Strong selling skills and ability to influence at all levels
  • Customer-orientation and sympathy
  • Prospecting and presentation skills
  • Technical knowledge of the electronic components industry
  • Fluency in Polish and English
