We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Sales Professional to join our team at Arrow Electronics, Inc.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying key markets, developing strategic relationships with vendors and customers, and executing sales plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify key markets and develop strategic relationships with vendors and customers
  • Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory
  • Leverage experience in technical or engineering environments with strong knowledge of pricing models in the electronics industry to manage vendor and customer interactions
  • Promote Arrow's value-added services, supply chain solutions, and full life cycle programs

What We Are Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge and experience in the relevant field
  • Experience with Microsoft and Microsoft Azure
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales
  • Fluent in Polish and English
  • Ability to solve complex problems by applying new perspectives to existing solutions
