JOB DESCRIPTION 
We have an exciting new position for a Recruitment Specialist with a proven track record of developing and delivering on recruitment strategies, across multiple countries and preferably in the Animal Health/Nutrition or Pharmaceutical sector. In this role, the successful candidate will work with our regional teams to develop and drive creative sourcing and staffing solutions in a high-volume project recruiting environment. The goal is to successfully recruit the right people for all positions.


RESPONSIBILITIES


• Developing talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans across multiple countries.
• Performing full life-cycle recruiting for professional and commercial/sales positions, as well as other functional areas as needed. 
• Developing and executing sourcing strategies in partnership with Hiring Managers/HR to meet overall recruiting targets.
• Building a pipeline of top talent by sourcing and developing social networking contact groups and other creative channels. 
• Acting as a subject matter expert to business leadership, hiring managers and other key stakeholders.
• Organisation and administration of all recruiting activities including interviews.
• Identifying 'root cause' solutions to complex recruiting issues and ability to implement solutions that will mitigate immediate problems and future potential issues. 
• Creating and managing recruiting KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
• Building and maintaining relationships with educational institutions, external providers and suppliers.
• Support the offer process where appropriate.


EDUCATION

Minimum Bachelor degree in Business/HR/Marketing/Sales or other related field.

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of high volume corporate or agency recruiting 
• Recruitment experience ideally in the Animal Health/Nutrition or Pharmaceutical sector including full-cycle recruiting and employer branding.
• Ideally have experience recruiting in the area of commercial/sales.

• Demonstrated experience in core recruiting skills (job requirements gathering, planning, sourcing, selecting, phone screening). 
• Demonstrated ability to effectively develop and execute sourcing strategies. 
• Proven track record of success in top quality hires at scale.
