Do struktur naszego Klienta, skandynawskiej organizacji poszukujemy doświadczonego Business Development Managera. Osoba, która dołączy na pokład będzie odpowiedzialna za rozwój całkowicie nowej linii biznesowej. Idealny Kandydat powinien posiadać ugruntowane doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu nowych Klientów na terenie Europy w obszarze rozwiązań technicznych dedykowanych dla branży produkcyjnej, w szczególności dla sektora automotive. Możliwość dołączenia do szybko rosnącej, stabilnej organizacji.
Opis zadań
- Aktywne pozyskiwanie nowych i rozwój istniejącego portfela Klientów
- Zarządzanie pełnym procesem sprzedażowy
- Ścisła współpraca z działem marketingu i zespołem operacyjnym
- Raportowanie bezpośrednio do Zarządu
- Monitorowanie trendów branżowych, działań konkurencji i rozwoju rynku
Wymagania
- Minimum 5-letnie doświadczenie w pozyskiwaniu Klientów w Europie w obszarze rozwiązań technicznych dedykowanych dla branży produkcyjnej/automotive.
- Biegła znajomość języka angielskiego, znajomość języka niemieckiego będzie dodatkowym atutem
- Doskonałe umiejętności komunikacyjne i negocjacyjne
- Znajomość procesów sprzedażowych i postępowań przetargowych
- Umiejętność pracy w zespole oraz samodzielność
- Gotowość do podróży służbowych na terenie Europy
