About the job
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performing a high-quality end-to-end talent acquisition process for the Cluster France & Benelux: briefing, managing job ads, candidates selection and rejection, reference checks, drawing up and submitting offers to candidatesProactively source candidates when necessary and depending on the rolesBuild and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, working closely with HR stakeholders and Business ManagersSupport local stakeholders with answering their inquiries through ServiceNowEnsuring an excellent candidate experience during all stages of the talent acquisition processDelivering high-quality HR service support to HR communities, business managers and employees, according to the defined KPIs, SLA’s, policies, guidelines and proceduresImplement continuous improvement initiatives in recruitment area and global projectsUpdate Workday and conduct the trainings for business for various recruitment initiativesAbout you
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:
0 - 2 years’ experience or more in a similar role within an international settingStrong interest for Talent Acquisition and for Retail EnvironmentEducation in HR or Psychology is nice to havePrevious experience in HR management tools (Workday, ServiceNow or other similar systems) – would be an assetExcellent English and French verbal and written communication skillsTeam orientation and ability to cooperate effectively with different stakeholders on all levels of the organizationResponsibility and reliabilityCan-do attitude, innovative and creative approach whenever possibleContinuous improvement mindsetWhat we offer
