We are looking for an Office Assistant to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Wilkinson Sword, Hawaiian Tropic and Bulldog Skincare… just to name a few).
Now, Let’s Get Down to Business
Reporting to the Office Manager you will provide daily administrative support to Office Manager and Central Europe employees

Here’s a sample of what you’ll get up to:
• Taking care of the correct flow of information and office documentation.
• Handling incoming calls and electronic communication,
• Shipping courier parcels and documents
• Ordering and managing office supplies, cooperation with suppliers, negotiating prices
• Preparing the meeting agenda, keeping order in conference rooms,
• Organization of business trips for employees, including flights, trains and hotels,
• Providing diversified administrative support to colleagues and guests,
• Assistance in the organization and coordination of company events and meetings,
• Support of the Office Manager in everyday tasks
• Cataloging and archiving company documents and contracts
Are You Ready to Show Us What You’ve Got?
Ideally you will have some administrative experience gained within a busy International Company.
In addition, it would be great if you have the following skills and experience:
• MS Office excellence (EXCEL, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in Polish language
• Very good knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Experience in administration field would be a strong asset
• Ability to work in a Team
• Communicativeness and a positive attitude
• Commitment and diligence in the performance of duties
