Position Purpose

The People and Culture (P&C) Business Partner is a key resource in the EMEA HR team, acting as senior contact in Poland for employees and stakeholders for all P&C related queries. In addition, this individual will line manager and coach the existing P&C Business Partner with all day-to-day activities as required.


Main Activities

Whilst we expect all our employees to do what needs to be done to demonstrate their support of Bravura Solutions, below are some specific aspects of your role for which you will be responsible:


Key Business Partnering tasks

Partnering with the Polish Leadership team, in particular the Head of Poland on the strategy for the office going forwards. Providing P&C Business Partnering capability to a designated employees and B2B contractors. Responsibility for dividing and aligning P&C Business Partner work for Poland within local team to provide holistic P&C support (strategic and operational) to all senior managers and employees, serving as the first-point-of-contact Close collaboration with the Global P&C Team, managing all Business Partnering processes and activities for the employees in Poland. Current examples include: Performance Management, Objectives setting, Talent Reviews, Engagement Survey workshops, Compensation planning, workforce planning, organisational changes. Working on various global projects, examples could be Workday evolution, career pathing framework

Regulations & Policies

Understanding the local Polish employment regulations, advising management on decisions and supporting them with related discussions. In collaboration with existing P&C Business Partner, owning local policies, workplace regulations, pay regulations, remote working, leave policies. Formulate approaches to new policies where needed, and work with the senior leaders in Poland to help them become live and workable for our people.

Recruitment

Designing and delivering best practice hiring strategies, partnering with line managers in Poland and our international locations Overseeing/actioning end-to-end recruitment processes, including offer negotiations, contract paperwork and employment documentation. Overseeing/actioning the preparation of contract documentation for employees and B2B contractors, including maintaining templates in alignment with local regulations.

Learning & Development

Partnering with Poland leadership team to design a learning strategy Co-leading the responsibility for ‘Bravura Talk’ initiative

Employer Branding

Defining and coordinating employer branding activities (Warsaw IT days, Poland Business run, Job Board profiles) Supporting the Poland social committee, for example integration days Supporting and advocating Bravura Diversity & Inclusion throughout our people and culture workstreams

In addition to the above position-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to undertake any other reasonable duties and responsibilities within your capability and skills, when requested to do so.


Key skills

Very strong business partnering skills with excellent coaching, influencing and facilitation, particularly around talent initiatives Ability to work independently, with little supervision on core HR activities Excellent people manager of P&C team, including coaching and mentoring Highly analytical Hands-on problem solver Culturally aware and interested in working across borders when needed. Good organizational skills Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations Able to build and develop strong relationships Strong attention to detail

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 8-year experience within the HR / P&C field, ideally from matrix organisations Ability to demonstrate strong business partner skills, as well as line management capability Knowledge of Workday would be strongly preferred Working at Bravura Our people are the heart of our business.
