People & Culture Business Partner

Cel stanowiska:

Głównym obowiązkiem osoby zatrudnionej na tym stanowisku jest zapewnienie kompleksowego wsparcia w zakresie People & Culture, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem rekrutacji, rozwoju pracowników, budżetowania, wynagrodzeń i benefitów oraz wsparcie kluczowych projektów biznesowych.

Czym się będziesz zajmować?

Prowadzeniem kompleksowego zarządzania karierą dla dedykowanych pracowników jednostki biznesowej, rozumianego jako: realizacja procesów oceny wyników z naciskiem na jakość wyników, zarządzanie ocenami i informacje zwrotne na temat wyników dla pracowników, facylitacja dyskusji na temat talentów, zapewnianie merytorycznego wkładu w tworzenie dostosowanych planów rozwoju dla zidentyfikowanych talentów, wspieranie rozwoju kompetencji pracowników poprzez wdrażanie rozwiązań L&D Wspieraniem zmian organizacyjnych w jednostce biznesowej poprzez zapewnianie ekspertyzy w obszarze People & Culture w zakresie awansów / przesunięć poziomych, tworzenia nowych stanowisk (opisy stanowisk, wyceny stanowisk, umiejscowienie struktury). Koordynowaniem działań rekrutacyjnych i procesu selekcji, wsparciem w przygotowaniu wymagań podstawowych dla wakatów. Prowadzeniem (dla WG3), analizowaniem i proponowaniem działań w oparciu o wywiady exit interview Analizą potrzeb szkoleniowych, realizacją planu szkoleń, identyfikacją luk rozwojowych pracowników w szerokim spektrum (per stanowisko) i wąskim spektrum (per pracownik) Koordynowaniem i zapewnianiem wsparcia dedykowanej jednostce biznesowej w zakresie procesów People & Culture i powiązanej dokumentacji (APSP, proces ASR, zmiany stanowisk, zwolnienia pracowników, ekspertyzy C&B). Działaniem jako łącznik między jednostką biznesową a innymi funkcjami People & Culture Zapewnianiem ogólnego wsparcia w aspektach związanych z ludźmi, monitorowaniem zaangażowania, prowadzeniem / wspieraniem w rozmowach dyscyplinarnych i w zarządzaniu konfliktami. Zarządzaniem pytaniami pracowników związanymi z obszarem People & Culture

Będzie Ci łatwiej realizować powyższe zadania, jeśli posiadasz:

Wykształcenie wyższe, preferowane: Zarządzanie Zasobami Ludzkimi, Psychologia

Min. 3-5 lat doświadczenia zawodowego na podobnym stanowisku

Bardzo dobrą znajomość j. polskiego (C2) oraz j. angielskiego (min. B2)

Bardzo dobrą znajomość pakietu MS Office i mile widziana znajomość programu SAP HR / ENOVA

Otwartość na potencjalne wyjazdy służbowe (lokalnie) 

Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i zdolność skutecznej komunikacji na wszystkich poziomach organizacji 

Umiejętność ustalania priorytetów oraz pracy w szybkim tempie

Bardzo dobre zdolności analityczne, umiejętność krytycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów
