Część globalnej organizacji (ponad 100-letnia historia, niemal 600 oddziałów na Świecie i blisko 30 tysięcy zatrudnionych pracowników), świadczącej usługi min. z zakresu logistyki magazynowej, e-commerce, transportu morskiego i lotniczego, logistyki high-tech oraz optymalizacji kosztów w łańcuchu dostaw.

Lokalizacja projektu: okolice Poznania (wspieramy proces relokacji)

TWOJA ROLA
  • Kierowanie pracą podległego zespołu w którego skład wchodzić będą m.in. Kierownik Jakości, Kierownik Działu Obsługi Klienta, Kierownicy Zmian, Pracownicy Administracyjni, dział Continuous;
  • Tworzenie, realizacja oraz analiza wskaźników finansowych i jakościowych Oddziału (praca na kluczowych wskaźnikach KPI związanych z logistyką i magazynowaniem);
  • Inicjowanie usprawnień, optymalizacja procesów operacyjnych oraz opracowywanie standardów i procedur obowiązujących w podległym dziale;
  • Budowanie i utrzymywanie partnerskich relacji w kontakcie z Klientami;
  • Raportowanie do Dyrektora Zakładu podlegającego bezpośrednio pod Zarząd Spółki.
OCZEKIWANIA KLIENTA
  • Doświadczenie zawodowego w branży 3PL i znajomość rynku;
  • Doświadczenie w obsłudze projektów e-commerce;
  • Doświadczenia w zarządzaniu oddziałem zatrudniającym powyżej 500 FTE;
  • Wykształcenie wyższe z zakresu logistyki, finansów lub zarządzania;
  • Znajomość i praktyczne stosowanie metod analizy kosztów i jakości w obszarze logistyki, w tym zaawansowana znajomość programu MS Excel;
  • Bardzo dobra znajomość języka angielskiego (C1/C2) umożliwiająca swobodną komunikację w codziennej pracy;
  • Praktyczne doświadczenie w implementacji nowych rozwiązań i procesów w obszarze logistyki oraz wprowadzania usprawnień w istniejących procesach;
  • Znajomość systemów klasy WMS do planowania zasobów w przedsiębiorstwach logistycznych;
  • Doświadczenie we wdrażaniu nowoczesnych technologii logistycznych (automatyzacja procesów magazynowych).
