As an R&D Procurement Manager in Clinical Services , you will be accountable for a category of outsourced services needed for GSK’s clinical trials:

Negotiate contracts with suppliers that secure favourable terms for procurement of goods and services contracts in line with the agreed business requirements

Ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and supplier performance management is in place to deliver value to GSK

Lead strategic review with in-depth category knowledge

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career These responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Accountability for end-to-end management of the Data Licensing category

Lead sourcing events and data-driven negotiations to deliver on the business requirements

Identify contracting and overall process simplification opportunities across Clinical Services Procurement

Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to the GSK culture and R&D priorities

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years of experience in Global Procurement or equivalent function

Experience developing project plans, executing contracts, and leading negotiations

Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industry experience

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

Advanced Degree in Business Management, Business Operations, Mathematics or Science

Strong business and financial acumen

Strong oral and written communication skills

Proficient in leveraging AI to simplify daily ways of working and drive process efficiency

Ability to analyse and present data in a clear and concise manner

Ability to balance priorities and work independently
